Backstory:
Merrick came from a wealthy family. His father's father had stocked into the Oil companies when they were first begginning, and his father now owned almost half the company. Merrick's life was pleasent. Anything he wanted, he got. But there were somethings he had that he didnt want. Throught the early years of his life, strange things had happened. He could do unexplainable things, without lifting a finger. He could hurl a table from one side of the room to the other... While standing 5 feet away from it. One day, he got upset with his parents. His Father's stocks were losing value. If they kept going at this rate, theyd have to downsize their Mansion. Merrick threw a fit. With his anger, he threw a chair at his father. His father had 3 broken ribs from the impalement. Horrified at what he'd done, he fled, never to see his parents again...
Now he works for the Police, to help fight crime... trying to fix the damage in his heart and to prove he's not a monster...
