Rules: Entering Password Protected Bases

Heroes, Villains, and the Mafia/Bounty Hunters, and Police all have Password protected Bases.

You can only enter these bases if:

• You have obtained the password
  
• You are with someone who knows the password.
  
• An NPC lets you in. (Only used in VERY RARE situations.)
