Ive feeling generous since my Braces came off today.
EACH Character of your can have ONE Power from ANY Powerset EQUAL TO OT LESS THAN their Lvl. NO SECRET POWERS!

Power Negation
Lvl 4
Multi Power Negation- Negate 5 powers from multiple enemies that are within 50 feet. This effect lasts for 45 minutes then will need a recharge of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

This will allow me to negate people's powers! I'm so cool.

Human Morph - Morph into another human you've seen before but keep your own injuries.

Lvl 3:
Object Morph- Morph into any object you wish, though you cant move on your own. (you can detonate yourself however if you're a bomb… but that would kill you)
I have a last resort option!

Keiichi: Object Capture- Throw a Capture Card at an inanimate object to infuse the card with the object. Card becomes an Object Card. Max of 10 Infused Cards in Deck, of which only 5 can be Power Cards. Captain Rescue: Scouter- An eye device that goes over one eye, and fits onto side of head by ear. Has a monitor. Displays information. Lvl 1- Displays Lvl of Target. Lvl 2- Displays Power of Target Lvl 3- Displays Targets Side. Lvl 4- Displays Name of Target.  |

Just so people can see what Im taking..
Link: Rhino- Charge full force at your foes causing quite a bit of damage or run though any brick walls or weaker walls without causing you damage.
Merrick- Can enter minds of people with an IQ of less then 150.
Mind Control- Can control the minds of anyone they enter. Still possible to break out of control.

August 27-
1 mission Credit.
Lvls 1-3 gain a lvl from 1 Mission Credit.
Lvl 4 I believe needs 2 Mission Credits, meaning this is half a lvl.
For the rest, Check the Rules- lvling.

Now u make Zane Lvl 2, so his Infamy is lvl 2, and u get the lvl 2 Power of the Vampire Powerset.
