When committing crimes, he puts on a hat that he found one day and his Fathers old gas mask. ( See below pictures. ) ( Read backstory for full detail. )
Power Class: Dust to Dust
Powers:
Lvl 1:
Ashes to Wood- The dust in the air surrounding you swarms near your hand and becomes a small item (no larger than, a boot). They look gray, but their material has the characteristics of wood. They can stay solid within 10 meters of their creator, once he is further or does not want them to stay solid, they become dust and are carried away by the wind. ( Lvl 2 )
Throw Temporary Talon- Create up to four small, pointy spikes and throw them at an opponent, who must be within 10 meters or the weapon will simply not make it to them. Since the weapon disappears, it's perfect for assassination. ( Lvl 2 )
Lvl 2:
Dust objects exist in a 20-meter radius.
Objects made from dust now look as if they really are made out of wood or metal, depending on what you made. You can create coins, for instance.
Dust Parry- Create small, round shield made of dust on your hands, and use them to block attacks. ( Lvl 2 )
Lvl 3:
Dust object exist in a 50-meter radius.
Dust Vine- Create a gray vine from the tips of your fingers, which can either ensnare an opponent temporarily, or you can use it to get somewhere higher.
Lvl 4:
Dust objects exist in a 100-meter radius.
Walk on Dust- Step on the air. A small, gray plate solidifies under your feet and supports you so you can climb higher. Once you step onto something else, it dissipates, leaving no trace.

Pumpkin Bomb-
Morphing Level 1: Human Morph- Morph into another human you've seen before but keep your own injuries.
Absorption Level 1: Absorb wood- Absorb any wood you find.
Regeneration: Your character heals damage to their skin. The higher the lvl of this power, the more it is healed. Can only be used per day equal to its lvl.

Weakness(es): He cannot bring himself to attack and will often try to protect women and children. It's just against his morals.

Information: As stated above, when Anthony is doing anything villainous, he wears his hat and gas mask. He also buttons up his coat when doing this. His cane is collapsible, detaching in three different places. It's entirely for show, Anthony is actually very fit. When committing previously stated villainous acts, he disassembles his cane and puts it in his fathers gas mask carrier, which is shown with the gas mask in the above picture.
When not engaged in Villainy, he he wears the outfit in the above picture, storing the majority of his items in his fathers gas mask carrier. He walks with a slight limp and slouches over his cane as well, putting weight onto it to signify it's use. Again, he does not slouch or limp when he is doing villainy, it is all for show.
Backstory: Anthony's father, Gereon Kappel was German-born. He was born in 1921. He fought in World War II.
Just after the end of World War II, he fell in love with Adelaide Engel and was married. They left Germany behind in 1948, moving instead to America. In 1951, Anthony was born.
The family lived a peaceful life. Gereon died in 1969, leaving his most prized war memorabilia to his son. This was a gas mask and the carrier for it. On the carrier was his fathers name and unit.
Anthony grew up well, went to college and got a job that paid well. He got married at the age of 24, had a son in 1978, had a daughter in 1981. He was very happy, and so was his family.
Eventually, of course, his children grew up and left. Anthony keeps in contact with them sometimes.
Anthony's wife passed away in 2007 at the age of 63. He didn't mourn for long, though. He knew that everyone had to die someday.
After her death, Anthony moved to the city, he enjoys life still. In 2008, he discovered that he was able to control the dust in the air to a degree. He has been working on this power diligently, and has figured out how to create objects up to the size of a boot before they start to crumble.
Only recently, he decided to use this power in a cruel manner, picking up villainy.
He learned quickly that he couldn't do all this as himself, though. So he thought up a list of names and ideas for hiding his identity. He ended up choosing the name Dustman, which is what his father had been for a while in the army. A Dustman was someone who cleaned up the towns after they had been bombed. Clearing the streets of rubble and ashes. As well as bodies.
