Backstory: Tempe was born out of a completely normal family, no heros, no villains, no police, etc. So it was completely unexpected when she began stacking her toy blocks without touching them.
Her father went crazy and took her to more than 15 pediatricians, therepists and hospitals, trying to figure out what was going on with his daughter. Eventually, her father went and gave up, deciding that there was, really, nothing he could do.
Once Tempe reached the age of 13, she left her parents care and moved in with her aunt, who understood. See, although no one else knew, her Aunt was a lvl 10.
She became a hero on her 15th birthday. Her Aunt still supports her in everything she does.
