Backstory: Sam AKA Storm was 12 years old when she was put on the streets,her family was gone and she had always depended on her family and did not know how to take care of herself. On Sam's birthday when she turned 13 on that very day she was struck by lighting which made the powers she was born with come out. Sam was a second generation so her powers were not all that good,she needed a lot of practice. By the time Sam was 15 she had learned how to control her powers,not fully but enough to help her and others.
