Lvl 2 and Up:
Light Tunneling: Can tunnel up to twice your height into the ground. Can only stay under for 2 Min's. at a time.
Price: 1 Red Coin
Lvl 4 and Up:
Vertical Tunneling: Can now tunnel up the side of a cliff within the limits of current time constraints.
Price: 2 Red Coins
Lvl 6 and Up:
Perfect Tunneling: Can stay under indefinitely and can go down as far as needed. (No going to the earths core and blowing it up.)
Price: 3 Red Coins
Lvl 7 and Up:
Large Tunnel: Can bring up to 1 person into the tunnels with you. Can also be used to pull an opponent into the tunnel by force.
Price: 4 Red Coins, 1000 Credits
