Fusing

With the Fusion Power being released as a Promo, stipulations must be made.

• Both Players must agree to fuse.
  
• A Character Fusion MUST be posted in the Character Fusions Sub Board of the Characters Board.
  
• That Character Fusion must follow The Template in order to be legal.
  
• Fusing lasts as long as both participants are willing, if one wants to split, the fusion splits.
  
• When RPing, both Characters must agree on what to do. if there is a conflict, the Character does nothing.
