Story:
Storm was growing up as a normal kid when a freak electrical storm hit his area. He was shocked by a bolt of lightning and nearly killed him. Through this he was separated from his parents and thought to be gone. When he woke up at the hospital he felt, different and soon realized that he had the power of lightning. After he was done healing he was adopted and lived happily on the hero side of the city. While growing up he realized that the city was not as peaceful as he first thought. He hated the villains and just didn't get their motives. So he decided to be a hero and bring peace to the city. (through fighting, of course) Metal seems to have an effect on Storm when it touches his bare skin-it drains his power.
