Backstory: Valko doesn’t know much about his childhood, but he was raised in a secret experimentation, deep underground. For years his abilities with his mind were trained, refining it to see how powerful it could become. He was trained to attack poets on sight as a way of controlling him, and they made bleach burn him from experimentation to fight him if be broke loose.
Eventually he was fed up with it; he uses his psychic powers on the guards, broke loose and left it forever. He soon learned that he was meant be evil, it was in his blood (though probably a bad after effect of the experimentation). He came across a great city, larger than anything he had seen before. But before he reached it, a great light came, destroying it all. But he did not mind, a fresh start for the city would just help him even more.
