These come in a Hero and a Villain variant. Independents can choose both.
I advise level 9.
Warp Life:
Any creature you control changes into a horrific mockery of itself, but much more powerful and faster shape.
Elevate Life:
Any creature you control changes into a superior version of itself, more noble and regal in appearance. It also become significantly stronger and faster.
EDIT:
Maybe it'd be better for Summoning.
Personally, I'd make both available for anyone, if someone wants to go for an antihero, or perhaps a villain that looks great, but is deeply vile on the inside.
