Backstory: Penelope's mother gave her away right after birth to the doorstep of an orphanage. Growing up in the orphanage was hard for her not only not having a mother but the other children say that when she was a baby something weird happened. She was crawling around the orphanage and walked into the room which wasn't really the library but it had most of the books in the orphanage there. The other older children were rough housing
and playing football and one of them knocked onto a bookcase in front of Penelope. The bookcase itself didn't fall but a couple of huge books did and when the children watched the
books fall they watched them stop in mid air above Penelope and slide off beside her. Since then the other children never spoke to her or even looked at her. When she was 14 she had enough
and ran out of the orphanage and was living on the streets. After she turned 16 she discovered her powers and started to use them to her advantage and eventually became a hero protecting
people from burglars sometimes getting a reward for it.
