Atlanticans
The Atlanticans are a peaceful people. They live unbeknownst to the world, deep in the Atlantic Ocean. However, due to the recent attacks on their City, they might be forced to call upon the Surface World's assistance to save their Utopian city.
These NPC's can only be found in The Ocean category. They all can breathe underwater.
Mermaid Archer
Lvl: 2-3
Bio: Mermaid Archers have been trained to fight both above water and below. Their abilities allow them to use pinpoint accuracy to hit their enemies.
Arrow Strike- A single arrow shot
Double Arrow- Two arrows fly at a single target. Can only be used once every 2 Rounds.
Triple Arrow- Three arrows fly at a single target. Can only be used once every 3 rounds.
Fish Tail- Allows high speed movement underwater.
Mermaid Knight
Lvl: 2-3
Bio: Mermaid Knights have been trained to fight both above and below water. Their abilities allow them to gain the upper hand while in water.
Sword- Attacks and defends with a sword.
Water Empowerment- Can attack twice as fast and powerful while underwater.
Fish Tail- Allows high speed movement underwater.
Mermaid Enchantress
Lvl: 3-4
Bio: Mermaid Enchantresses have high pitched, hypnotic voices that can command both the fish of the sea and unsuspecting males.
Lullaby- Sing hypnotically to make any male who hears drowsy.
Seduce- Sing a song that makes any male in the area infatuated with you.
Call Fish- Summons nearby creatures of the sea.
High Pitched Squeal- A harsh shriek that hurts the ears of all that hear it.
Royal Keeper
Lvl: 2
Bio: The Royal Keeper is the King's right hand man. He oversees the King's daily routine.

Antlantican Royal Guard
Lvl: 5
Bio: These Royal Guards have been trained to protect the Royal Family. They never leave the king's side except at certain times.
Arrow Strike- A single arrow shot
Double Arrow- Two arrows fly at a single target. Can only be used once every 2 Rounds.
Triple Arrow- Three arrows fly at a single target. Can only be used once every 3 rounds.
Barrier- Creates an invisible barrier. Barrier can be broken.
Princess Alessa
Lvl: 6
Bio: The adopted daughter of King Atlantos III. Shes quiet powerful, and will inherit the throne if her father and brother become unfit to do so.
Water Blast- A blast of water at an enemy.
Water Shield- A Sphere of water protects the user from attacks.

Bio: The adopted son of King Atlantos III. He is more powerful than his sister. He will inherit the throne when his father is unfit to do so.

Elbow Blades- An attack with two blades from the elbows. Can attack two targets if they're close together.
King Atlantos III
Lvl: 1
Bio: The elderly King of Atlantos. Unable to have children of his own, he adopted Princess Alessa and Prince Dolphino.
Fish Tail- Allows high speed movement underwater.
Aurora Beam- Jewels glitter and flash a dazzling, blinding light.
Summon: Guards- Summon 2-4 Atlantican Royal Guards.
Summon: Creatures of the Sea- If killed, all creatures of the sea will instantly know of his death, and know exactly where his body is.
