The Infected are a group of people who got over exposure to the Cesspool, a place in the Sewer where every chemical used in the City somehow manages to gather and mix together. The combined result are less than human. The Infected go through many symptoms before turning into near Zombies.
Stage One Infected
Lvl: 1-3
Bio: Stage one Infected have only been exposed to the Cesspool for only a few days. But the results already show.

Brawl- Fight with two hands.
Never Ending Pain- A slight pain in their stomach that never seems to go away unless they drink from the Cesspool.
Stage Two Infected
Lvl: 2-4
Bio: Stage two Infected have been exposed to the Cesspool for a few weeks. The symptoms have increased, as have their Powers.

Brawl- Fight with two hands.
Increased Strength- Strength is now triple that of a regular human.
Relentless- Exposure to the Cesspool has clouded their emotions with anger. They will fight until knocked out.
Never Ending Pain- A slight pain in their stomach that never seems to go away unless they drink from the Cesspool.
Vomit- Puke out the contents of your stomach in a controlled fashion. Depending on whats in your stomach is what effect this has.
Radiation Beam- Fire a beam of radiation energy from your eyes. Can break through force fields
Blighted
Lvl: 5
Bio: Blighted have been exposed to the water for over a month. They no longer need to eat or drink except from the Cesspool. They suffer from memory loss of their old friends or Family. it is usually at this point that they abandon or are exiled from their groups.

Devolved
Lvl: 6
Bio: The Devolved are no longer human. They have no feelings but anger and hunger, and they require human flesh and Cesspool water. Even the other Infected run away from these beasts.

Contaminated Brawl- Fight with two hands. Hitting a person weakens them slightly.
Increased Strength- Strength is now 5x that of a regular human.

Slow Infect- Puke inside a targets mouth to make them begin to have the Symptoms of the Infected Powerset. See list below on how long the Symptoms take to kick in, then double it.
Biopulse
Lvl: 6
Bio: Biopulse was saved from the effects by the Cesspool by eating a flower he found in the Greenhouse. Instead of becoming a Devolved, he gained Electricity Powers. He is the leader of all Infected groups. He is the only one known to have stood up to a Devolved and lived.

Tesla Cage- Traps enemies in a cage of concentrated electricity.
