Lvl 1:
Starter Pokemon: Can use one Starter Pokemon from any game.
All Pokemon can know up to 2 Moves from Lvl 7 or lower.

Lvl 2:
All Pokemon can know 2 Moves from Lvl 10 or lower.

Lvl 3:
Pokemon Two: Select a second Pokemon.
All Pokemon can know 2 Moves from Lvl 15 or lower.

Lvl 4:
All Pokemon can know 3 Moves from Lvl 15 or lower.

Lvl 5:
Pokemon Three: Select a third Pokemon.
All Pokemon can know 3 Moves from Lvl 20 or lower.

Lvl 6:
All Pokemon can know 4 Moves from Lvl 20 or lower.
Evolve I: You may Evolve your Pokemon ONCE per Lvl this power is.

Lvl 7:
Pokemon Four: Select a fourth Pokemon.
All Pokemon can know 4 Moves from Lvl 30 or lower.

Lvl 8:
All Pokemon can know 4 Moves from Lvl 35 or lower.
Evolve II: You may Evolve your Pokemon ONCE per Lvl this power is.

Lvl 9:
Pokemon Five: Select a Fifth Pokemon.
All Pokemon can know 4 Moves from Lvl 40 or lower.

Lvl 10:
Pokemon Six: Select a Sixth Pokemon. This CAN be a Legendary.
All Pokemon can know 4 Moves from Lvl 50 or lower.
