*This Powerset is based on Electric Attacks used by Pichu, Pikachu, and Raichu.
*This Powerset requires a tail.
Lvl 1:
Thundershock- A small shock of electricity.
Lvl 2:
Growl- Lowers Foe's Strength.
Lvl 3:
Thunder Wave- A wave of electricity that paralyzes foes. Enemies must be less than 5 feet away from each other.
Lvl 4:
Slam- Tackle into an enemy with enough force to knock them over.
Lvl 5:
Thunderbolt- A large blast of electricity.
Lvl 6:
Agility- Allows for brief, quick movements.
Lvl 7:
Iron Tail- Tails glows bright blue, then smashes into foes. Able to break concrete.
Lvl 8:
Headbutt- Smash into enemies headfirst. You take slight recoil.
Lvl 9:
Thunder- A large blast of electricity than hits everything in a 20 foot radius.
Lvl 10:
Volt Tackle- Entire body courses with electricity. You move quickly, smashing into enemies, electrocuting anything that is within a 5 foot radius of you. Fatigued for 2 Rounds after use.
