Lvl 1: Draw Map (25): By touching any solid, more or less flat surface, make lines appear from the tips of your fingers who form a perfectly accurate map of the area within 25 meters from you. Lvl 3: Draw Map (50) same as lvl 1, but with 50m.

Almost like the theoretical creature, you can predict what's going to happen for the next 10 seconds based on your exact knowledge of where what is right now, within you field of vision.
It's like when you see a vase fall and you'll know it'll break, but to the degree that you can see someone shift one foot and now to where he's planning to jump. There is no such thing as 'unexpected movement' to you any more.
