Miss: Other attacks miss 50% of the time.
lvl 2
Lag: Make someone else slower for 20 mins.
lvl 3
Party: Create a "party" of 2 or more people and get the same rewards as them (no matter which side they're on)
lvl 4
Leech: Stay close to someone and steal a reward from them (or steal something they find). Works 20% of the time.
lvl 5
Lvl Bias: Make yourself automatically stronger then someone beneath your lvl. It goes the other way however though. (automatically equipped)
lvl 6
Attack of the Pixels: Use pixels like shards of glass and shoot them at people.
lvl 7
Cheat: Get let in somewhere you're not supposed to be. (eg: Marcone Industries, Alien Spacecraft, etc)
lvl 8
Pause: Pause a fight until the moment you do damage to someone, you have left the thread, or 15 mins should have passed.
lvl 9
Boss: Acquire three lvl 1 abilities from three different powersets and use them for 3hrs.
lvl 10
Controller: Control someone else's actions with a game controller for 15 mins.
