Lvl 1: Focusing Shout:
With a warcry, you focus your own and your allies' minds, protecting them from distractions and some effects (Howl, Infatuation, etc.)
Lvl 2: Speak of Peace:
By talking to someone who doesn't have any good reason to kill you, you can make them stop caring.
Lvl 3: Open Eyes:
A few sentences from you makes all those present shake off telepathic effects.
Lvl 4: Inspire:
By talking a person, you get them to follow orders for you for a while.
Lvl 5: Cry for Help:
A yelp from you attracts attention from others, and others will protect you before protecting anyone else, including themselves.
Lvl 6: Voice of Thunder:
Your voice carries wide and far, going over other noises easily, so that you can reach people far away.
Lvl 7: Hive Queen: (Or King)
As long as you don't stop talking, all your allies work together perfectly, as if they share one mind.
Lvl 8: Call on Masses: All those who can hear you will use their own bodies to protect you from harm.
Lvl 9: Desinterest: A few quick words said to a person will put them into an emotionless stupor for hours and hours.
Lvl 10: Infuriate Masses: You order all those listening one thing, and they will do everything in their power to do it.
Then go "Why am I here?"
