Power Negation
Lvl 1:
Power Negation: Negate 2 non secondary powers from 1 target that is within 10 feet. This effect lasts for 15 minutes then will need a 2 hour recharge. ONLY WORKS ON PEOPLE STRONGER THAN LVL 4!
Lvl 2:
Power Negation now negates 3 non secondary powers from 1 target that is within 20 feet.This effect lasts for 20 minutes then will need a recharge of 1 hour and 45 minutes. ONLY WORKS ON TARGETS STRONGER THAN LVL 3!
Lvl 3:
Power Negation now negates 4 non secondary powers from 1 targets that is within 30 feet. This effect lasts for 30 minutes then will need a recharge of 1 hour and 30 minutes. ONLY WORKS ON TARGETS STRONGER THAN LVL 2!
Lvl 4:
Power Steal- Choose 1 power of a target. You may use this power yourself. Only works for 30 minutes.
You can now negate secondary powers with Power Negation.
Multi Power Negation- Negate 5 powers from multiple enemies that are within 50 feet. This effect lasts for 45 minutes then will need a recharge of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Lvl 5:
Multi Power Negation now negates 6 powers from multiple targets that are within 75 feet. This effect lasts for 1 hour then will need a 1 hour recharge.
Lvl 6:
Multi Power Negation now negates 8 powers from multiple target that are within 100 feet. This effect lasts for 1 hour then will need a 1 hour recharge.
Lvl 7:
Negatory Force Field- Create a Force Field with a radius of 50 feet. Nobody within the field can use his powers and powers from outside can't enter the field. The field dissapears after 15 minutes.
Lvl 8:
Full Power Negation- Negate 1 powerset from a target that is within 125 feet. This effect lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes then will need a recharge of 45 minutes.
Lvl 9:
Negatory Force Field now has a radius of 75 feet and dissapears after 30 minutes.
Lvl 10:
Complete Powerlessness- Nobody who you can see can use their powers.
Visual Powerlessness- By looking at a picture of someone, that person can't use his powers, wherever they may be. Only works for 1 person at a time.
