This Powerset allows the user to gain Powers based on Costumes they're wearing.
Costume's can be bought at the Clothing Store in Downtown, However, some can only be gotten through Promos, making them rather difficult to obtain, and collectibles.
Lvl 1:
Dress Up- Gain one Power of a Costume's Powerset. Only the Lvl 1 Power.
Only one Costume can be worn at a time.
Lvl 2:
Sewing- Fix any material made out of a material that can be sewn.
Lvl 3:
Quick Change- Change from normal appearance to a costume, or from costume to costume instantaneously. (This counts as a Summon Power)
Dress Up now gives two Powers of a Costume's Powerset. Only Lvl 1 & 2 Powers.
Lvl 4:
Disguise- Costumes now hide your Identity. While wearing a Costume, no one will know your name.
Lvl 5:
Mix and Match- Can wear multiple Costumes at same time. Powers taken from Costumes cannot exceed Dress Up Max.
Up to Two Costume's can be worn at a time.
Dress Up now gives three Powers of a Costume's Powerset. Only Lvl 1-3 Powers.
Lvl 6:
Favorite- Select one costume as your Favorite. Thereafter, you can dress in that costume at will even if it has been destroyed or lost. (This counts as a Summon Power)
Dress Up now gives four Powers of a Costume's Powerset. Only Lvl 1-4 Powers.
Lvl 7:
Repair- Can fix any costume.
Dress Up now gives five Powers of a Costume's Powerset. Only Lvl 1-5 Powers.
Lvl 8:
Ultimate Disguise- When used, your Side becomes unclear, except to those who already know it, or if you do something that makes it obvious.
Up to Three Costume's can be worn at a time.
Lvl 9:
Designer- Create your own Costume (Max of One Powerset per Costume, Powerset must make sense for Costume, must be an Existing Powerset.)
Dress Up now gives six Powers of a Costume's Powerset. Only Lvl 1-6 Powers.
Lvl 10:
Cosplaying- You become whatever you're dressed as, and gain up to the lvl 8 Power of the corresponding Powerset.
