Time Control- User can stop any persons sense of time for 2 minutes. Strains the heart, depending on the range of which one uses. Rapid uses will cause heart attack.

Lvl 4:
You can now negate secondary powers with Power Negation.
Multi Power Negation- Negate 5 powers from multiple enemies that are within 50 feet. This effect lasts for 45 minutes then will need a recharge of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Revival Tactics- Make 1-3 individual rain clouds. This rain can either heal your Allies of almost any injury or Burn your enemies.
