This Powerset can only be used by Agents.
It involves using Weapons and other Gadgets.
Lvl 1:
Scouter- An eye device that goes over one eye, and fits onto side of head by ear. Has a monitor. Displays information.
Lvl 1- Displays Lvl of Target.
Lvl 2- Displays Power of Target
Lvl 3- Displays Targets Side.
Lvl 4- Displays Name of Target.
Lvl 2:
Stun Grenade- A Grenade that when it explodes, nullifies a Supers Powers. Lasts for 2 Minutes, and goes up by 2 minutes for every lvl of this power.
Lvl 3:
Paralysis Pistol- An energy pistol that paralyzes whoever it hits. Lasts for one round per lvl.
Lvl 4:
Med Packs- Use med packs to Heal yourself or an ally. 2 uses per lvl per hour.
Lvl 5:
Power Draining Shield- An energy shield that absorbs Supers Energy when they or their powers come into contact with it. Power is stored in a Battery Pack.
Battery Pack- Can clip to any of your Items to increase their power or duration.
Lvl 6:
Energy Net Launcher- A Large gun that fires a net that hones in on Supers energy. While trapped in the net, their powers do not work.
Lvl 7:
Sticky Grenade- An energy grenade that sticks to a Super. Explodes on your command, releasing a powerful energy blast.
lvl 8:
Cypher- A small gadget that flies upwards, allowing the user to go up great distances. Does not go to the side. When you wish to fall, it turns into a parachute.
Lvl 9:
Super Shotgun- An energy shotgun that when it hits a Super makes them fall unconscious.
Lvl 10:
Air Strike- Call in an Air Strike from the Government. Takes 3 Rounds to happen. A Plane comes and drops a large energy explosive in the area. It causes no harm to anything but Supers. Puts Supers unconscious instantly.
