Beast Powerset

Here is a powerset for if you were a beast and wanted to use magic and melee, but needed to use telepathy.

Lvl 1
Telepathy - Uses telepathy since the beast cannot mouth words in a language properly.
Shred - Attacks fiercely with claws, fangs, etc. A good melee move for close-range enemies.

Lvl 2
Breath - Infuses element into breath and breathes.

Lvl 3
Slash - Infuses element into claws and strikes.
Chomp - Infuses element into fangs and bites.

Lvl 4
Flight - Allows you to fly IF you DO have wings.
OR
Mach - Allows for increased speed IF you DON'T have wings.

Lvl 5
Momentum - Builds speed by increasing movement. Allows for a very fast strike on the next round.
OR
Meditate - Builds strength by increasing concentration. Allows for a very strong strike on the next round.

Lvl 6
Streamer - Uses element to send a long range attack towards enemy.

Lvl 7
Psychic - Sends mind waves toward opponent. Either an offensive wave or one that sways the foe.

Lvl 8
Pulse Power - A strong elemental attack that strikes outward in a spherical manner.

Lvl 9
Force Field - The mind creates a field around an object, normally self, and may block attacks.

Lvl 10
Outrage - Goes into an all out rampage and destroys everything with unbelievable power. Afterward cannot do anything in order to recharge energy.

To keep it a little more balanced, I would make the Level 2 powers all OR powers, so you only get one of the three.
