Psionic Powerset
Level 1:
Missive- You send a one-way telepathic message to a living creature. This message is automatically understood by the creature, even if it is against their will. This works up to 10 feet.
Level 2- The range increases to 15 feet, and, should you wish it, this move clouds the mind of the person who uses it, confusing and disorienting them for 1 minute
Level 3- The range increases to 20 feet, and you can see the opponents thoughts for 1 minute.
Level 2:
Crystal Swarm- You create a wave of 5 crystals in a 10 by 10 radius, out of your mind. The crystals, cause minimal physical damage, but cause the opponent to be wracked with incredible pain. If they are impaled with crystals, it is as follows
1 crystal- 1 minute of pain
2- 2 minutes of pain
3- 3 minutes of pain
4- 4 minutes of pain
5- 5 minutes of pain
level 4- The range increases to 15 by 15, and you now control 10 crystals. The above rules now apply to the 10 crystals you control.
Level 3:
Mental Block- You intervene roughly in a opponents action, causing them to abruptly forget what they were going to do, and causing them to halt any action. This lasts for 1 second. They cannot repeat the action for 1 minute. This can only be used 5 times per hour.
Level 4:
Mind Fortress- You create a fortress illusion with your mind, a weightless, 20 by 20 castle. It is transparent, allowing you to see through it. It encompasses anything within its radius. All non-physical attacks that strike this fortress (such as a jet of fire) are negated. Objects attempting to penetrate this fortress are slowed for 2 minutes. This fortress lasts for 5 minutes.
Level 5:
Physic Crush- Brutally crush an opponents mental essence, temporarily causing them to go limp, and lose control of physical and mental function. They also lose all super abilities for 1 minute. They can only see a random panorama of colors, and hear a dull buzzing. This effect lasts for 5 minutes.
Level 6:
Teleport Mind- You can now teleport from one place to another, anywhere within 30 feet. You can change the range and altitude of where you want to appear. This ability can only be used one every 2 minutes. You can also cause all opponents using an ability involving teleportation, to have it go in a random place (determined by mod) within 30 feet.
Level 7:
Telekinesis- You can now lift objects with your mind. It requires a bit of concentration, but you can now lift, and move target object/person in any direction within 35 feet. It is as though they are trapped in a massive hand, arms pinned to their sides, and their minds filled with a buzzing, that ruins all forms of concentration. You can hold up to 500 x3 pounds with your mind (this includes yourself) You can only hold one object at a time.
Level 8:
Body Crush- This move may only be used on creatures with flesh. Using your powers, you compress the living targets flesh together, creating a helpless blob. The creature is still alive, but can barely move or speak. This effect lasts for 5 minutes.
Level 9-
Mind Control- Your mind powers are powerful enough to read the thoughts of others. You can also do one of the following effects every 10 minutes
- Mind Slave- You take total control of target creature with a conscience, and gain access to all of those creatures thoughts or abilities. You can also make it move, jump, anything within its normal capabilities. It is helpless to resist. This effect lasts for 5 minutes.
- -Insanity- You drive an enemy to insanity, causing them to lose all powers or abilities, and to become immensely oriented towards suicidal thoughts and actions. This ability lasts for 5 minutes.
Level 10:
Assimilate- You assimilate a creatures conscience, and one power of your choice. This can target any creature within 10 feet, and you extend an invisible mind tendril to fulfill this action. The creature goes into a death-like state, neither truly dead nor alive. It can take no action. You can use this ability only once per day.
