Lvl 1:
Single Arm Blade - Turn one arm into a blade. Only lasts for 10 minutes.
When power is lvl 3, It can stay out for 15 minutes.

Lvl 2:
Super Hearing - Turn one ear into a device that enhances hearing by 8x an average human

Lvl 3:
Double Arm Blades - Turn both arms into a blade.
Only lasts for 10 minutes.
Single Arm Blade can now stay out for 15 minutes.

Lvl 4:
Fury Swipes - Swing both blades 5x faster than an average
human by changing the user's shoulders into a mechanical
device. The shoulder moves around with a ball and joint
mechanism.

Lvl 5:
Chest Cannon - The user grows a cannon on the front of their
chest which shoots one missile every 5 minutes.
Disappears after one shot and cannot be used for another 10 minutes.

Lvl 6:
Mini Gunners - The user changes their fingers into machine
guns. Only lasts for 3 rounds.

Lvl 7:
Body Armor - The user can grow an outer layer of metal
armor that protects from bullets, fire and energy attacks. Lasts only for 10 minutes.

Lvl 8:
Human Jet - The user grows a jet pack from their back and
arms into wings with one machine gun on each wing. The user goes
as fast as 120 mph. Lasts only for 10 minutes.

Lvl 9:
Underwater Human - The user grows an air tank with ballasts
from their back and a mask on their face. The user's feet
turn into propellers. Only lasts for 10 minutes.

Lvl 10:
Human Explosion - The user changes into a nuclear bomb
that destroys everything inside of a 50 foot radius.
The user is not affected by the blast but ends up unconscious.
