Bio: Pal has never known who his parents were and thus never knew where his powers came from. He just uses them to his pleasure, to help himself, and to do tasks. He has also grown to love killing. After attacking the Skull Leader of base B, he was kicked out, and then decided to be a bounty hunter.

*Dark Blast- a blast of dark energy.
*Hide in the shadows slightly, making them hard to see.
*Darkness Beam- A small beam of Darkness. Good for one on one. Lv 4
*Lightning Shock: Fingers gain an electric charge. Touch someone to send electricity through them. Good for one on one.
*Lightning Bolt: A bolt of electricity flies from your hand, electrocuting enemies. Lv. 3
*Lightning Shield: Surround yourself in Lightning. Used for Defense as well as offense.
*Limited Flight- Grow/use wings for traveling short distance. Max altitude of 100 feet.
