The gang that lives in the city. they occupy all sides of the city, though they mainly are found on the hero side. They mainly go around and do small muggings, but occasionally they've been able to break into the Bank.

Skull Brawler

Found: Alleys, Sewer, almost anywhere.

Powers:
Revolver- Small caliber side arm. Not very accurate.

Brawl- A punch with your fists


Skull Chopper
Lvl: 3-5
Found: mainly anywhere

Powers:
Revolver- Small caliber side arm. Not very accurate.
Fireman Axe- A smash with an axe/hatchet.

Name: Jack Williams
Lvl: 5
Age: 23
Bio: Jack is a high-standing skull who likes to lead every once in a while. He wears a skull mask with graffiti on it. When with a group of skulls, he's harsh and brash, always commanding power. When he's alone, he avoids getting into fights, they don't help him to survive. After dark, he can often be found in the alleys, reading by the light of his flames.

Powers:
Fire Blast- A small blast of fire. Good for groups of people.
Fire Beam- A small beam of fire. Good for one on one.
Fire Shield- Surround yourself in a wall of fire, blurring enemies vision of you, and hurting them if they come to close.
Fire Daggers- Create daggers of fire, then push them at your foes.

Bio: Zach Axel is, as far as anyone knows, the Founder of the Skull Gang. He is also a Super, thanks to drinking water from the Cesspool. Yet he does not display the symptoms of an Infected.
The Gang is named after his Powers.

Shapeshift- Skull King: Turns into the Skull King.
Transmute Other- Skull Knight: Can turn a WILLING person into a Skull Knight.
Dark Blast- a Blast of dark energy.

Powers:
Dark Blast- a Blast of dark energy.
Lightning Strike- Create a large blast of lightning.
Chain lightning- Electrocute up to 5 enemies.
Lightning and Darkness Immunity- Unaffected by Lightning and Darkness Powers.
Promote- Promote a Skull Knight to a Skull Guard.
Intimidate- Scare a foe into being unable to move.

Powers:
Dark Blast- A blast of dark energy.
Shield and Sword- Wields a Shield and Blocks with a Sword
Dark Damage- Each time sword makes contact with enemy, they feel a sharp pain in their mind.
Dark Deal- Each time receives damage, a sharp pain goes through the one who hit them mind.
Dark Sword- Sword covers in darkness, increasing in size and does more damage.

Skull Guard
Lvl: 6

Powers:
Dark Blast- A blast of dark energy.
Shield and Sword- Wields a Shield and Blocks with a Sword
Dark Damage- Each time sword makes contact with enemy, they feel a sharp pain in their mind.
Dark Deal- Each time receives damage, a sharp pain goes through the one who hit them mind.
Dark Sword- Sword covers in darkness, increasing in size and does more damage.
Pierce- Sword attacks break ALL shields.
