Villain Contacts are people on the Villains Side of the city that Villains receive missions from. They have great notoriety, lots of money, and contacts up the wazoo. You don't want to get on the wrong side of them.

Purpose: Gives Villains missions till Level 5.
Mongoose
Level: 10
Found: Sewer
Purpose: Gives missions to Villains from levels 5-10
Aine Allai D'Airgetlam
Level: Unknown
Purpose: Villain Contact, Go-between of the two main Villain contacts, Assigns missions from both men.
Found: Blackmarket
Desc: Aine is of average height for a woman and well built, though she may seem taller due to her commanding presence and anywhere up to eight inch heels.
She dresses sharply, despite the places she's most often found, and is usually seen in a well-tailored, dark, pinstriped pant-suit.
Her mahogany-colored hair is almost always pulled into a smooth bun above the back of her neck while her wheat-gold eyes are framed with rectangular-lensed glasses.
