Here they are, the NPC Villains! These figures of evil, corruption, and villainy can be found performing devious act of crime around the City, and many reside at Base.

JinzoJinzo is an android man who absorbs people to gain strength and power. He has forms he can shift to once he has enough power. Proto Jinzo Lvl: 3  Powers: - Absorb- Absorb dead foes to increase strength and health. If absorbs 3 foes, turns into Jinzo.
- Lightning Shock: Fingers gain an electric charge. Touch someone to send electricity through them. Good for one on one.
- Lightning Bolt: A bolt of electricity flies from your hand, electrocuting enemies.
Equipment: Proto Amplifier- Unable to be mind controlled. Name: Jinzo Lvl: 5-7  Powers: - Absorb- Absorb dead foes to increase strength and health. If absorbs 5 foes, turns into Supreme Jinzo.
- Lightning Shock: Fingers gain an electric charge. Touch someone to send electricity through them. Good for one on one.
- Lightning Bolt: A bolt of electricity flies from your hand, electrocuting enemies.
- Lightning Shield: Surround yourself in Lightning. Used for Defense as well as offense.
- Electric Overload- Detonates, causing a surge of electricity. If used, reverts back to Jinzo Prototype.
Equipment: Amplifier- Unable to be mind controled, and cannot be spoken to telepathically. Supreme Jinzo Lvl: 8  Powers: - Absorb- Absorb dead foes to increase strength and health.

- Short Curcuit- Release a lightning blast around you get yourself out of a tight spot.
- Lightning Storm- Summon a storm cloud to electricute your enemies.
- Thunder Punch- Attack with a fist of electricity.
- Electric Overload- Detonates, causing a surge of electricity. If used, reverts back to Jinzo Prototype.
Equipment: Supreme Amplifier- Unaffected by Mind Control, Cant be spoken to telepathically, and negates Elemental Powers. Jinzo Drone Lvl: 1-3  Powers: - Absorb- Absorb dead foes to increase strength and health.
- Lightning Shock: Fingers gain an electric charge. Touch someone to send electricity through them. Good for one on one.
Drones can store absorbed power and give it to Jinzo's current form, making him closer to achieving unlimited power. If destroyed, the power is lost.

SlasherSlasher is a villian who uses claws as his weapon. Slasher Lvl: 5  Powers: - Slash- A mighty slash with your claws.
- Smash Slash- Smash into enemies, breaking their defense and possibly knocking them down, then slash them.
- Haymaker- A charged up super punch. Slow, but strong.
- Fury: Turn your anger into power, increasing your strength.
- Speed Slash- Slash an enemy in the blink of an eye.
Slash Lvl: 4  Powers: - Slash- A mighty slash with your claws.
- Fury: Turn your anger into power, increasing your strength.
- Speed Slash- Slash an enemy in the blink of an eye.

OTHERSVillianous Knight Lvl: 2-3 Bio: A man who one day decided to fight for power and wealth.  Powers: - Swipe- A swipe with a weapon.
- Slash- A slash with a weapon.
- Lunge- A lunge with a weapon.
- Parry: Block an attack with a weapon.
Doom Lvl: 4  Powers: - Slash- A mighty slash with your claws.
- Smash Slash- Smash into enemies, breaking their defense and possibly knocking them down, then slash them.
- Speed Slash- Slash an enemy in the blink of an eye.
- Remove- Makes a target dissapear for a length of time in Limbo. When the target returns, it has no recollection of where its been, or how long its been.
Infernal Demon Lvl: 3  Powers: - Slash- A mighty slash with your claws.
- Smash Slash- Smash into enemies, breaking their defense and possibly knocking them down, then slash them.
