Continuing my idea of the 'Animal Control' power. Thanks to Ikul for helping me.
Lvl 1: Summon Swarm: Rats- Summon 10 rats to attack your enemies through the use of their teeth.
Lvl 2: Summon Swarm: Bees- Summon 10 bees to attack your enemies through the use of their stingers.
Lvl 3: Summon Single: Dog- Summon a dog to bite and claw at your enemies. Bites are more powerfull then those of rats.
Lvl 4: Summon Swarm: Maggots-Summon several maggots which cover your enemies hands, which scares them and makes them unable to do something for a while because of the shock.
Lvl 5: Summon Swarm: Snakes- Summon 10 small snakes to attack your enemies through the use of their teeth.
Lvl 6: Summon Swarm: Termites-Summon a swarm of termites which eat everything made of wood.
Lvl 7: Summon Single: Boar- Summon a small boar to attack your enemies. It will chase them untill theyre dead or he is.
Lvl 8: Summon Single: Eagle-Summon an eagle to transport you to another part of the city. Can attack your enemies by the use of their long talons.
Lvl 9: Summmon Single: Lynx- Summon a lynx to bite and claw at your enemies.

By level 10, telepaths can control large numbers of characters, so I think you can give the last power a little more strength. As for the rest, yeah, nice.

Hear Animals: Anyone who is hit by this can perfectly hear every sound any animal (including humans) make in a large area. In a large city, this would mean you'd hear a few hundred people breathing, talking, maybe yelling, at the same time. Plus birds, cats, etc. It's a deafening cacophony.
