Lvl 1:
Plastic Companion: The user can create a plastic companion to follow them around. (usually one at a time, always one type at a time). Summoning such a companion takes about one minute and an amount of plastic (any plastic) equal to the companion's volume. The plastic seems to melt during the process of creating the companion, and then to take on the correct shape.
The Companion can be commanded from a distance of (Power Level (not the amount of Red Coins spent on it, but the level in the powerset required to use it)) * 100 ft.
Bouncy Ball: The user can gather plastic and create a semi-sentient ball (the colour is that of the used plastic) half as large as a human, that can bounce around and hit people. The level of this power defines the creature's speed and mass, and so its impact.
Resistant to blunt force, but not to cutting attacks.
Lvl 2:
Size change: The user's Plastic Companion can become roughly human-sized. A higher level will allow the affected creature to be slightly taller and more resilient.
Lvl 3:
Toy Soldier: The user can mold plastic into a toy soldier, wielding a sword. The higher the power level the more humanoid and agile it is. Resistant to sharp attacks, but weak to blunt ones as this kind of plastic breaks relatively easily.
Lvl 4:
Remold creature: A damaged creature can be healed by applying plastic to it, and 'melting' it like when it's created.
Lvl 5:
Plastic Star:
An object that has a center, and from that center, many sharp, pointy 'rays' start, all equally long, making it look somewhat like a star. It rolls towards enemies and impales them. The higher this power's level, the sharper and more plentiful these rays are.
Resistant to sharp attacks, but weaker to blunt ones.
Lvl 6:
Greater Plastic Control: The creatures can now become twice as tall as a human (or slightly bigger), or the user can form two (or, at the maximum level, 3) creatures the size of half a human.
Lvl 7:
Slingshooter:
A vaguely humanoid creature, but with no head, and instead of arms it has four limbs, two armlike limbs that become large slingshots where the elbow would be and two armlike limbs that become two tentacles made up of small plastic sections, which pick up things to be shot and fire them.
Lvl 8:
Superior Plastic Control: The creature can now become up to three and a half (to four and a half at maximum level of the power) times as big as a human, or the user can make four (to six) creatures the size of a human, or six (to nine) creatures half the size of a human.
Lvl 9:
Foil Mass:
An amorphous, vaguely star-shaped mass of strips of transparent plastic foils. It can attack the opponent by extending a mass of such strips, and is greatly resistant to all forms of attack. Whenever anything touches it, it can attempt to entangle the touching object and trap it inside itself.
Lvl 10:
Merge: The user can enter its companions body, so it serves as both an armor and a weapon. While they are merged, the creature the user is merged to becomes thrice its normal size.
