Backstory: Walter was born and raised in the city and had barely had any hardships in his life. He always enjoyed to draw. His drawings always seemed to come to life when he drew them and
one day they did. He had alwas kept that to himself. After completing high school his goal was to become a famous artist but everything he drew always came to life. His started to fade and eventually he realized that he could use those talents to fight crime and that's exactly what he did. He started bringing in small crooks and bail jumpers until a police officer said he was wasting his talent and since then he started aiming to catch the bigger villains in the city.
