Backstory: After falling into radioactive goop he gained his powers.He didn't know what happened he just felt weird in his stomach.When he got home he saw a few people running from his house and police cars around the house.He asked a police man what happened,He told him that the people he saw running where serial killers and they shot and killed his grandparents in their house he filled with rage and then he went after the killers and killed them.He wanted to make sure all criminals pay for what they do so he made sure he would watch over the city he lived in.
