These NPC's can only be found in the Ocean Category. They all breathe water.


Rainbow Fish
Lvl: 1
Bio: Rainbow Fish are sacred to the Atlanticans. It is a crime punishable by death to kill one.
However, they sell for a fortune on the Surface, in the Blackmarket.

Impalement- Stab a foe with one or two horns.
Fish Tail- Allows high speed movement underwater.


Crazed Electric Eel
Lvl: 2

Thundershock- Sends a zap of electricity at a single target. Water is unaffected.
Thunderbolt- Sends a large electric shock at up to 2 targets.
Chain Lightning- Electricity hits one target and jumps to up to 3 others, as long as each target is less than 5 feet away from the previous one.
Fishtail- Allows high speed movement.


Man Eating Starfish
Lvl: 2

Bite- Bites onto a single foe with sharp teeth.
Rapid Spin- Spins super fast, cutting enemies.
Lockjaw- Will not let go unless tickled on its underside.


Cranium Fish
Lvl: 3

Telepathic- Can speak into the minds of others.
Daze- Daze a target's brain, making them unable to think for a round.
Mind Control- Take control of a Lvl 1 to do your bidding. A hard hit to the head will break the connection. Only one target can be controlled at a time.
Fish Control- Call upon a school of fish to your location, and command them.


Demon Angler Fish
Lvl: 3

Bite- Bites into a foe.
Lockjaw- Doesn't let go of its bitten target.
Luminescence- Lights up dark places.

Mutated Shark
Lvl: 4

Intimidation- Scare anyone Lvl 3 or lower to be unable to attack for a single round.
Bite- Bite into a foe.
Charge- Charge into a foe at full speed.
Fish Tail- Allows high speed movement underwater.
