Offensive Flash-Step: User can charge towards their enemy, when Max speed is reached, user can vanish, then reappear in a diffrent position to strike enemy.
Defensive Flash-Step: User can vanish as opponents attack is about to hit, avoiding any damage and allowing the user to attack.

Step aside Superman: Move faster than a "Speeding bullet" for 10 minutes
Strategic Flash-Step : User can flash step six times in a row, to best their enemy
Speed Mathing: User can match the speed of anyone he/she chooses.(Does not have any affect on fatigue rate)
