To be honest, most of this stuff was figured out with Link's help and already accepted by him.
1. It's true that you cannot properly die, but that doesn't mean there aren't other ways to stop you. Like putting you on the edge of death or trapping you. This was the basic point of the powerset though, that they come back from death.
2. I'm not familiar with that powerset… But this idea was actually mostly Link's, i'm waiting for him to tell me if I got it right putting it into the right words. He wouldn't allow something else, so this was what it ended up as.
3. The other character doesn't Have to die in 5 minutes. It mearly means that the other character has seen a Possible death for another character, or something big happening like the alien abduction. After they have seen this they may aid in whatever should come to pass, or they may try to stop it, or the other person may catch on in time to save themselves. It's used mainly outside of battle I suppose. May actually specify that if you/Link'd like.

Then this is a message to Link as well.
1. There's no way to permanently stop you, and things eternal always defeat things that aren't. No trap will hold you for life... After all, no wall can withstand a deathless, suicidal maniac running into it over and over again, and every chain is broken after enough tugs. If anyone watches Doctor Who, you might remember what happened to the chains holding Captain Jack.
2. Body Snatching works by allowing the user to take other's body parts, and if there are powers linked to these body parts, you gain them, at level 1. Now, let's imagine your opponent is the standard, black cloak wearing Darkness Blast user. You have this power set: You walk in, get him to blow your head off, he turns around and walks away, three minutes later you get up, follow him, blow his head off. You win, and you now also possess the Darkness powerset, except for your immortality. You have Body Snatching: You walk in, defeat him, without any active powers, and no immortality to save you, switch arms, and you have those powers in using which only the arms are involved. The latter is at a disadvantage here, you must admit.
3. Well, yes, if any prediction is handled as a possible dead, okay. But if you say 'death, possible death, or horrible event', then you could theoretically predict a certain death, right? How is the other to react? Die? Or pretend your power magically didn't work? Maybe it's best to change the wording to just 'possible death or horrible event', so it's harder to abuse?
And about Level 8, which seems like a good idea to me, "bring back to the dead", is that supposed to be "from the dead", or does it work from the Death Realm, and do you pull them into it?

After the immortality thing has been toned down, I suppose it's good enough.

Hmmm...
hmmmm...
It DOES seem quiete overpowered... and the lvl 1 Revival power MUST have a limit of the amount of times you die. Perhaps your lvl plus one?
The stealing powers was meant to be ONLY the power that killed you, not the entire set. therefore, a user could have a lvl 4 Fire move and a lvl 2 Wind move, while only being lvl 3. There also must be limits to the amount of powers able to be learned. Well say... 2 when the power's at lvl 1, 3 at lvl 2, 4 at lvl 3, 5 at lvl 4, and 7 at lvl 5?
Premonitions not being final, good.
Soul Stealing being able to be used by Soul Molders, good.
*goes to check the NPC*

I have a different suggestion. Instead of limiting amount, limit time. For example, you say that a person regains life after 1day Level2 So that a level 1 character will be operational again after a day and a level 10 character after 24*60 100 =14.4 minutes. A quarter of an hour.

Soul Molding power: Reawaken Spirits: While you swing your weapon, the spirits trapped in it appear as phantoms, distracting the opponent.
