Pure Telekinesis
Lvl 1:

Mental Pound: With a sheer act of will, you push your enemy away from you.

Flickering lights: The energy expelled by your brain makes the light around you flicker and generally act weird. Looks impressive, does little else.

Mental Spear: Your target is not only thrown back, but a spear visible as a slight quivering of the air drills itself into him.

Read All Thoughts: Read a person's thoughts. Those that he's aware of, those that he's not aware of, even the animal instincts that aren't expressed in any visible way, everything down to the nerve impulses sent to his muscles. This allows you to predict his movements.

Can enter minds of people with an IQ of less then 200.
Mind Crush- Make an enemy forget everything.
Lvl 9:
Can enter minds of people with an IQ of less then 225.
Broadcast Hypnosis- Hypnotize everyone in a 30 foot radius from you.
Lvl 10:
Can enter minds of anyone with an IQ less then theirs.
Complete Comprehension: You gain so much insight in anyone's mind you can predict their actions easily, even after you've left their mind, as long as nothing completely unpredictable happens.
Ghost Form:
Lvl 1:
Intangibility: Become intangible. Walk through stuff. Do this for only short time, as gravity steadily pulls you down, and you'll go down at a rate of about a meter per hour. Finding yourself buried underground is an unpleasant risk.
Lvl 2:
Drop Dodge: When about to receive a hit, you become intangible. However, you also immediately drop down 20 cm.
Lvl 3:
Partial Intangibility: You can make parts of yourself intangible while others remain normal. Make your feet you only tangible part and you can finally stand!
Lvl 4:
Wallsight: What's the use of being able to punch someone through a wall if you can't see what's there? You can now see what's happening behind thin solid objects.
Lvl 5:
Reflexive Partial Intangibility: When about to be punched, you become partially invisible on reflex, and the attack goes through you.
Lvl 6:
Pushing more than daisies: You can now exert force while intangible, although this requires great focus (ever seen Ghost?)
Lvl 7:
Take with: While intangible (and I mean entirely), you can pull someone with you through solids. However, like you, they will slowly fall down.
Lvl 8:
Internal Malfunction: stick your hand into someone's guts, and use your Lvl 6 powers. Pain guaranteed.
Lvl 9:
The Dead Push the Dead: Newton's laws on the intangible. While you and someone else are intangible, you can push them in one direction and move in the other. Works well when you're pushing someone into the earth and emerging on top literally.

Intangibility punch: You hit a person, who stays intangible for a few moments. If the recoil happens to push him into a wall, tough luck, he's trapped in there.
