All kinds of expensive, high-tech equipment linked to your mind. These include:
Electronic arms, legs or tentacles attached to the back or chest, each with a number of fingers chosen by the user. Fingers can be made bendable and fine for picking things up or sharp for stabbing. The latter is clumsier.
The more of these limbs you have, the harder fine motor skills work with them.
Focus Aid: A set of goggles worn over the eyes. When the wearer focuses on something, it will tell you distance, speed, and other useful, tactical information.
