Lvl1-sparklers- Ability to cough up small sparks.

Lvl2: Burning throat- User can blow small flames at enemies

Lvl3: Dragons breath- can blow larger flames at enemies.

Lvl4: Directional flames- User can control the general direction the flames travel.

Lvl5: fire morph- Can morph flames so they can better disable enemies

Lvl6: Human torch- Can completely scorch the whole 1 mile radius of an area.

Lvl7: Long range- Can spit flames at enemies who are very far away.

...we already have a Fire powerset.

This set just limits it mouth flames...

and its not finished... so i cant take it for Survivor...
