New Board #1 City- Neutral Grounds - The Garage: The name given to a street swamped with trained mechanics and their equipment. Car fanatics and the rich come here to modify their vehicles.
New Board #2 City- Neutral Grounds - Jerry's Wholesale Car Dealers (could use a better name, I know): Part of the city where cars are sold, no doubt. Rumor has it that "Jerry" may have connections to the city's underbelly, which is why there is hardly any competition. The dealers are very persuasive (could have the power of Seduction?) and the whole organization is under heavy guard by both police and supers for hire (could hire people like Pal who have no alignment?) making it hard to steal cars and car parts.
New Board #3 City- Neutral Grounds - MJA Speedway: A reasonably large race track where you can find your fair share of memorabilia. Consists of different segments. *Garages: Where racers keep their cars until the races start. Under heavy security. Leads out to the Track *Merchandise Counters: Many sponsors try to strike it rich with food, clothing and worthless trinkets. (again, another job opportunity?) *Betting Lounge: The elitist of the elite come here to place bets and watch the races. *The Track: All the racing takes place here. The races are set up like an episode of Speed Racer, meaning that there are hardly any rules.
...And that's all I've come up with.

New Board #4 City- Villian Side -The Fairgrounds Here, a large amount of unintelligent, overpaid carnies put up impossible to win games, greasy, super sweet candied foods and over the top rides ensuring that you will barf. Good way to spend a day off.

Cars is the next thing to add once we have enough parts for them.
Fairgrounds would be interesting. Anything secret and evil about it?
