I have an idea for a powerset....but I cant think of enough powers for it. Which is why I came here. It basically ha to do with death. I can explain it in the few powers. Dont really have a name for it. But I do have a few powers.
Level One: Faking Death- You are able to pretend you are dead for two minutes a day. Your haeartbeat is unreadable through the neck pulse (I forgot what to call it). Only two minutes per 24 hours, or you may actually perish.
Level Two: Temporary Incapcitation- You can "kill" your opponent but only for 15 seconds through physical contact.
Level three: Illusion- You can create an illusion of someone dying in your opponents mind. Perhaps soomeone in thier family or team. Causes emotional distress (maybe). You can only do once a day.
I dont know if thats a good idea or not. =P

I think it's a good idea. I'll try to help out with some powers if my mom ever lets me stop painting the house -_- (I'm on a water break xD)

Two quickies I thought of.
Level 8 or something higher: Incapacate- As a reflex, "kill" any person who draws blood. Effect lasts for the power's level squared ((1-1, 4-2, 9-3, 16-4, 25-5, 30-Character at level X))
Level 6 or lower: Frighten- While someone is "dead", have them imagine the afterlife as their worst fear. Remains effective after "returning from the dead".

Level four: Staggering breath: Through touch, make one person get the emotion they can't breath, their heart stop beating and generally they're dying. The creature, trying to get air into its lungs, hyperventilates.

I started on a new powerset for police officers (because right now there is a grand total of two). I don't think I'm going to manage to finish it, because I'm zapped of energy and time. So here I am. So the idea is someone who would want to become a investigator would use this talent. A lot of their gift would be based on luck and charm. You guys can take this and do whatever you want, I'll just be happy if police officers get more options.
Smooth talker Lvl 1 - Smooth talkers have the gift of charisma. Their voices are strong and can be heard by any normal hearing. They must pass the investigator test to reach past level 3. They have the option of having either a nightstick, pepper spray, or a tazer as a weapon. Automatically have hand cuffs. Some Response - 50% chance of having low level criminals/innocent civilians respond to orders/questions
Lvl 2 - Better Response - 75% percent chance of having low level criminals/innocent civilians respond Good luck - 1/7 chance of getting anonymous tips
Lvl 3 - Better luck - 2/7 chance of getting anonymous tips Tactic - Patient silence 50% effective
Lvl 4 Complete Response - 100% chance of having low level criminals/innocent civilians respond Tactic - Patient silence 75% effective
Lvl 5 - Great luck - 4/7 chance of getting anonymous tips Tactic - Patient silence 100% effective.
Lvl 6 - Weasel - You have one small time criminal on your contact list, who can always provide limited information (last hear of, best known for) on only other small time criminals, or villains with henchmen.
Lvl 7 -
Lvl 8 - Super aide - You have one psychic on your contact list, who can give you one clue on how to find your villain or one clue on where to find evidence per day.
Lvl 9 - Backed up - Suspicion of criminals with little to no hard evidence will be backed up 50% of the time. The suspect will not immediately go to jail, however the chief can stall for time for 6 to 24 hours. A search warrant can be produced 25% of the time. And one member of the team can be set to looking for background information 75% of the time the officer will produce something, 50% of the time it will be helpful.
Lvl 10- Backed up - Suspicion of criminals with little to no hard evidence will be backed up 75% of the time. The suspect will not immediately go to jail, however the chief can stall for time for 12 to 24 hours. A search warrant can be produced 50% of the time. And one member of the team can be set to looking for background information 100% of the time the officer will produce something, 75% of the time it will be helpful.

Well I think its a good idea. For power #7 How about Lvl.7: Missing Link - There will be a 5/7 chance of finding a clue which is a missing links between criminals or anyone. And for a name for lvl. 10 how about Hard evidence.
And now how about someone help me out on a shapeshifting power for hoofed like Rams, Goats, Rhinos, Elephants etc.. etc..

Three Tailed Demon Based off of Naruto, Three tailed fox mode lvl 1. Helping Tail: You're middle tail acts as a third hand, trying to punch or smack you're enemy lvl 2. Saved by the Tail: You're second tail acts as a fast acting shield, defending you form projectiles lvl 3. Three Tail Burst: You're final tail activates and unlocks the full potential of you're tails(You can now use you're tails like extra legs or arms)
Thats all I got right now.
