Lvl 1:
Minor errors- Electronic and mechanic devices near you show glitches and errors, and can sometimes even backfire or downright blow up. (The exact result is decided by the moderator)
Lvl 2:
Feign Effect- Devices under your control inconspicuously pretend to do what they're expected to be doing, while not actually doing anything at all. Medical equipment can show normal values of a patient while he's dying, or a gun may look like it fired... except no bullet came out.
Lvl 3:
Automatic Startup- Things start working seemingly on their own after a glance. A computer just starts, but a gun would actually shoot.
lvl 4:
Electronic Brilliance- If a computer or other electronic device can theoretically do something, even if it doesn't have the correct software to do it at the moment, you can make it do it within half an hour.
Lvl 5:
Distance Control- Command any electronic device from a distance by merely thinking about it. If it has some kind of feedback device (such as a screen), you can tell what it says without actually looking at it. Effective with 100 meters.
Lvl 6:
You can combine Distance Control and Electronic Brilliance, with the exception that it will take 45 minutes and leave you very tired. However, leave the 100-meter radius and you can start over.
Suppress Response- While working with a computer with Distance Control, you can make all feedback devices either remain unchanged, as if it's not doing anything, or show nothing, as if it's turned off.
Lvl 7:
Warp Technology- Using the materials in any electronic or mechanic device, you can make any other device with parts that are as large or larger than the ones in the original, but not smaller. And of course, you can't use materials that aren't present in the original or that the original doesn't contain in sufficient amount. Turning multiple devices into one is possible.
You must roughly know how what you're making works to be able to make it.
Lvl 8:
Electrical Life- Through Warp Technology, you can create robotic servants, of any shape. You can command up to three humans, or an amount of electronic 'living' matter roughly of the same volume.
Without knowing how you'd make them.
lvl 9:
Electronic Merge- Your nerve system becomes directly compatible with electronic devices. By attaching wires to your skull, you can plug in to a computer or any other electrical device.
You can now control any device linked to the one you're plugged into, and use Electronic Brilliance at one-third speed (10 minutes for normal, 15 for remote)
Lvl 10:
Living Program- After using Electronic Merge, you can transfer your consciousness into the electronic device you're attached to, and command it as you wish. You can move trough the net freely, and you cannot be detected if you don't want to.
The only way to defeat someone who's in a computer is turning off the net without them noticing (pulling out the plug), and then physically destroying the computer, because it still functions even without energy after you're attached to it.
(Note: since you retain your powers, you can, while in such a computer, use Warp Technology to turn it into a weapon of your choice.)
