Lvl 1:
Water Blast- A small blast of water. Good for groups of people.
Lvl 2:
Water Manipulation: Water users can manipulate any existing Water, creating shapes or weapons.
Lvl 3:
Water Bubble- Surround enemies in a water bubble, slowly drowning them. Limit of one bubble, and your entire concentration has to be focused on the bubble, otherwise its loses its shape and pops.
Lvl 4:
Water Sphere- Surround the user in bubble, making objects slow down to a stop.
Lvl 5:
Water Daggers- Create daggers of water, then push them at your foes.
Lvl 6:
Bubbleblast- Shoot large quantities of bubbles at enemies.
Lvl 7:
Wave- Make a wave of water crash into an enemy.
Lvl 8:
Healing Drink- Take out the bad things from water, making it pure to heal those who drink it.
Lvl 9:
Downpour- Create a heavy downpour of rain.
Lvl 10:
Hurricane- Summon forth a hurricane, with gale force winds and torrential downpour.
