Honestly, I think it depends on who would be using it. Most of the powersets strengths are based on who would be using them and for what.

To answer Ingram's question: Solo was Hero turned Villian. Now he's trying to become a Hero again.

I would have to say power negation.

The seduction powerset. It's fun, but it won't really get you anywere.
